Explora Credit is subject to specific usage, cancellation and refund conditions. In particular, where Explora Credit is applied to pre?Journey reservations, cancellations made up to 5 days prior to departure will result in the value being reinstated as Explora Credit. Within 5 days prior to departure, such amounts will no longer be refundable.
